1. HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Simply select your preferred style on the product page, then click the "Add To Cart" button and follow the on-screen instructions to finish your purchase.
We'll prepare your order and notify you when it arrives!

2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
In most cases, orders are shipped within 5 to 10 business days. International orders will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks to arrive.

3. MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING
It can take 1-2 days for tracking numbers to appear in the shipping carrier's system. An order may be lost by the shipping carrier on rare occasions. Please contact the shipping carrier if the tracking number is still not working after a few days.


4. I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER
Orders typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. International orders will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks to arrive.
Please contact our staff if your order has not arrived after 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international). We would be pleased to assist you.
